Arabian Music finds right chord

17 February 2014

TRAINER David Simcock made it seven winners from his last 17 runners with Arabian Music hitting the high notes in an emphatic Wolverhampton success this afternoon.

The Trillium Place team has been absolutely flying so far in 2014 and this latest victory kept the win percentage up at about 30 per cent.
Arabian Music gave a dominant performance in a seven-furlong fillies' maiden to underline her progressive profile. Second on her last start at Kempton in January, she made light work of going one better on her latest assignment.
Jockey David Probert popped her out of the gates to assume the perfect position, tracking the early speed set by 100/1 outsider Mrs Medley.
Probert gave her the office, having turned for home, and she picked up in fluent fashion to swiftly assume control.
Zipping through the final furlong, she came home alone with four lengths back to the runner-up.
