Curb' doubles up at Windsor, Melody wins too!

CURBYOURENTHUSIASM made it back-to-back Windsor victories last night, landing the odds in a mile and a half handicap.

Four weeks after nailing a first career success in a similar event, he successfully reacquainted with jockey Jamie Spencer.
Sent off as the 8/11 favourite, the Mastercraftsman gelding mastered Priors Brook late on before recording a three parts of a length triumph.
Spencer had previously held up the David Simcock-trained four-year-old before letting him down for an effort from over three furlongs out.
He built into a good rhythm and took over at the head of affairs inside the final furlong before staying on well to secure his Windsor double.

The Trillium Place bandwagon kept rolling this afternoon as Medicean Melody was a ready scorer in a seven-furlong handicap at Brighton.
The three-year-old daughter of Royal Applause showed a good turn of foot under jockey Jim Crowley in running out the 9/2 winner by a length and a quarter. It was her first career success.
