Viserion caps super Saturday

26 June 2016

VISERION completed a three-timer when rounding off a brilliant day for Trillium Place with victory at Doncaster last night.

The Tick Tock Partnership's horse arrived on Town Moor after wins at York and Redcar.
And he showed that he is very much an improving type with a perfectly-timed - and successful - challenge in the hands of jockey Sam Jones.
In landing the mile and a half handicap, Viserion gave trainer David Simcock his fourth winner on an unforgettable day for all connected to Trillium Place.
Earlier in the afternoon, Bateel and Breton Rock recorded a stakes double at Newmarket's July Course. Desert Encounter also did his bit at Windsor with a fourth consecutive success.
The focus switched in the evening to Doncaster and Viserion did everything right as he was produced from towards the back of the field by James.
The long straight proved ideal for this trusty galloper who powered past rivals to get up in the final furlong and score by a length and a half.
