HITCHED pleasingly got off the mark this afternoon by winning the one mile handicap at Chepstow under Callum Shepherd.
Having been held up in last until making headway over three furlongs out, he was ridden to challenge over one furlong out, took the lead inside the final half furlong and won by a neck. A three-year-old gelding, by Cotai Glory GB out of Newlywed IRE, Hitched is trained by David Simcock for The Future.
